Cienfuegos

Cienfuegos is one of the Cuba´s newer cities and it was founded by a French emigrant in 1819. It retains remarkably homogenous urban core full of classical facades and slender columns that carry the essence of 19th-century France, where it drew its inspiration. Cienfuegos is known as "The Pearl of the South". It is a nautical city with an amazing natural bay and it is considered the cleanest city in Cuba. Also it is a Unesco World Heritage Site.
